VT-220 Seal-All-Gaps

PAINTABLE MILDEW RESISTANT FLEXIBLE GAP SEALANT

Description: A one component, paintable and flexible, mildew resistant acrylic sealant formulated for sealing of gaps and joints where slight movement or vibration causes conventional, non-elastic fillers and putties to crack and fall out. It had good adhesion to most porous surfaces without primer and is economy yet environmental friendly that can be cleaned up with water.

Applications: General Glazing: Wood, concrete, marble, glass, plastic etc. DIY Applications: Gutters, joints around door and windows, skylights, air-conditioning system etc. Energy Saving Applications: Seal air draft around air-conditioner. Ideal for cargo container and cabin applications.

Description: A one component, high performance, paste like construction adhesive sealant formulated to bond a variety of common construction materials. It has strong initial grab, superior adhesion and will not slump on vertical surfaces.

Applications: Ideal for bonding of skirting boards of wood and PVC, particleboard, masonry aluminum, galvanized iron, steel, concrete, fibrous cement sheeting, wall brick, concrete and flooring paneling. It is also safe to use on foamed polystyrene and mirror backed tiles.

VT-260 PU Construction Sealant

MOISTURE RESISTANT  NON-SKINNING EXCELLENT ADHESION

Description: A one component, low modulus polyurethane sealant formulated for construction joint sealing applications. It will bond to form a durable, flexible seal capable of cyclic expansion and compression movement of 50% (+ 25%) of the original width. It is virtually unaffected by normal weathering conditions such as rain, UV radiation, snow, atmospheric contamination and pollution etc.

Applications: Well-suited for insitu concrete, precast and tilt up panels, brick & block-work, plaster board, aluminum windows, granite, sandstone and marble, GRC, fiberglass & specialty systems, metal curtain wall, water tank etc.
