VC-151/VC-158/VC-159 Vital Red RTV

Description: Vital Red RTV is the original gasket maker formulated for high temperature and heavy duty applications. It makes reliable "formed-in-place" gaskets that resist cracking, shrinking and migration caused by thermal cycling. Ideal to replace almost any cut gasket. Also use to coats pre-cut gaskets to increase reliability. It is permanently flexible and stable at temperature of between -80°F to +650°F (-62°C to +343°C) intermittent. It is also highly resistant to auto and shop fluids.

Applications: Rear main bearing cap split line, damper keyway sealing, differential cover, intake end seals, OHC cap, oil pan corner seals, oil pan gasket, side cover plate, thermostat housing, timing cover, transmission pan, valve cover gasket, vibration damper, water pump cover gasket and intake manifolds.

Ideal to replace almost any cut gasket. Also use to coats pre-cut gaskets to increase reliability. It is permanently flexible and stable at temperature of between -80°F to +625°F (-62°C to +330°C) intermittent. It is also highly resistant to auto and shop fluids.

Description: Vital Copper RTV is specially designed for 4-cylinder, turbocharged or high performance engine that requiring a unique RTV Gasket. It is the most advanced, high temperature RTV silicone gasket currently available. It features low odor, non-corrosive with excellent oil resistance. It is three times more oil resistant than convention silicone gaskets and eight times more flexible than cut gaskets. It is permanently flexible and stable at temperature of between -80ºF to +700°F (-62°C to +370°C) intermittent. It is also highly resistant to auto and shop fluids.

It is also highly resistant to auto and shop fluids.

Applications: Valve covers, oil pans, timing covers, water pumps, thermostat housing, transmission pans etc.

Vital Gasket 1104

Vital Gasket 1104 is a semi-drying grey liquid gasket that uses synthetic rubber  as the main ingredients. It is formulated to form a layer thick enough to work efficiently on uneven joint surfaces. It exhibits good resistance to heat, oil, gasoline and particularly LPG. It turns into rubber-like elastic substance upon curing.

Applications: Ideal for the purpose of making quality gaskets in garages, workshops, homes and Do-It-Yourself.
